Full Bloom Workshops

Creative flower and mixed media workshops that offer tools to inspire one to live life to one’s fullest quality and potential. Workshops are conducted at the Sweetferns studio, as well as clinical facilities.  Classes are an educational experience for our participants and are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.

Our intimate workshops are designed to share the important role flowers can play in our lives.  These workshops provide additional reinforcement of traditional therapies and an opportunity to take an active role in mind-body wellness.

Creating and working with flowers, their essences, and essential oils allows us to disconnect from the hectic pace of life and ease into a higher level of self- connection.  Being connected allows us to mentally alter our own state and aid in our overall health. Being in the presence of others, sharing our joys and life challenges, is empowering, and  allows us to live in Full Bloom.

Flourish:

Each full bloom workshop educates participants of the important roll flowers play in our daily lives.  A floral arrangement will be completed and brought home to enjoy.

Smell the Roses:

Aromas stimulate positive memories and affect mood and cognitive function.   Classes allow you to make a scent to stimulate your mind.

Personalized flower essences are also available.

Seedlings:

This workshop is about digging in and doing something fun creative. Workshops use  mixed- media and provide an opportunity for creative self-expression.
Example of classes: decorative journal,  a vision board, canvas collages.
